Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and salt.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Baking

Fill Donut Pan
Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
