Method
Cocktail
- 1
Chill glass
Place a Champagne flute in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you gather ingredients to ensure the drink stays cold.
- 2
Add liqueur
Pour 1/2 oz (15 ml) Chambord into the bottom of the chilled Champagne flute.
- 3
Top with Prosecco
Slowly pour 4½ oz (135 ml) well-chilled Prosecco down the side of the glass so it layers and mixes gently with the Chambord. Pouring slowly preserves bubbles and helps create a graceful color gradient.
- 4
Garnish and serve
Optional: drop 1–2 fresh raspberries into the flute and/or perch a lemon twist on the rim. Serve immediately while the Prosecco is effervescent.
