Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potato Hash

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  2. 2

    Add Onions and Peppers

Add the diced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

In a separate skillet, cook the thinly-sliced steak over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the steak, crack the eggs and cook sunny-side-up for about 3-4 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, layer the potato hash, followed by the cooked steak slices. Top with the sunny-side-up eggs, drizzle with cream sauce, and add the sliced avocado.

  6. 6

    Finish with Sauces

Drizzle the truffle oil and reduced balsamic vinaigrette over the top. Serve warm.
