Method
Meat Mixture Preparation

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Brown Meat
Add the ground veal, pork, and beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a spoon, about 10 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Cheese Mixture Preparation

Mix Cheese Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, crumbled feta cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella, the egg, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and fresh basil. Mix until well combined.
Lasagna Assembly

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Layer Meat Mixture
Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Add Lasagna Sheets
Place 3 lasagna sheets over the meat mixture.

Add Cheese Mixture
Spread half of the cheese mixture over the lasagna sheets.

Repeat Layers
Repeat the layers (meat mixture, lasagna sheets, cheese mixture) until you have three layers.

Top with Meat and Cheese
Top the final layer with the remaining meat mixture and the rest of the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake Lasagna
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serving

Cool and Serve
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
