Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until all ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth.
Assembly

Combine the Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the chopped romaine lettuce in the salad bowl. Toss gently to ensure that the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.

Sprinkle the grated Romano cheese and spiced croutons over the top of the salad. Toss again lightly to incorporate the toppings.
