Step 1: Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast. In a small saucepan, heat milk until warm. Add melted butter and eggs to the milk mixture. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
