Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground veal, ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2
Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into large meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter. Place them on a tray or plate.
- 3
Pan-Fry the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked through. You may need to adjust the heat to prevent burning.
- 4
Serve with Ricotta
Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a serving platter. Top each meatball with a generous dollop of warm ricotta cheese. Serve immediately.
