Prepare the Broccoli Rabe
Wash the broccoli rabe thoroughly under running water. Trim the ends of the stems and remove any yellow leaves.

Blanch
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli rabe and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking.

Sauté
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine
Add the blanched broccoli rabe to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finish and Serve
Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving. Enjoy your sautéed broccoli rabe warm.
