Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they are browned and tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it reduce for about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in the butter and chopped parsley, then return the chicken to the skillet. Coat the chicken in the sauce and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Cook the Linguine

Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the chicken Marsala over a bed of linguine, garnishing with additional parsley if desired.
