Cook Beef Tips
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.

Add Beef
Add the beef tips to the skillet. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Mix in Fried Beans
Stir in the fried beans into the beef mixture and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Remove from heat.

Fill Tortillas
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the beef and bean mixture in the center of each tortilla.

Fold Tortillas
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll up from the bottom to enclose the filling completely.

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chimichangas
Carefully place the rolled chimichangas seam-side down in the hot oil. Fry for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Garnish and Serve
Top each chimichanga with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream, drizzle of nacho cheese, and a scoop of guacamole before serving.
