Cook the Chicken
In a pot, boil the chicken breasts in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Remove from water and shred the chicken using two forks.

Make the Sour Cream Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

Assemble the Flautas
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable. Place a portion of shredded chicken and mixed cheese in each tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if needed.

Fry the Flautas
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the flautas in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
