Preparation

1. Prepare the Togarashi Seared Tuna

Slice the sushi-grade tuna into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, toss the tuna with togarashi seasoning, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat and sear the tuna for about 30 seconds on each side until lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Make the Korean Poke Spicy Tuna

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining diced tuna with Sriracha sauce, diced cucumber, and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Prepare the Edamame and Guacamole

In a small bowl, mash the diced avocado and season with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste. In another bowl, combine the shelled edamame with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

4. Assemble the Tuna Trio

On a serving platter, arrange the togarashi seared tuna, Korean poke spicy tuna, edamame, and guacamole. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
