Preparation

Marinate the Meats
Place the beef ribeye, pork loin chop, chicken thighs, and chorizo sausage into a large resealable plastic bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the meats, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor).
- 3
Prepare the Vegetables
While the meat is marinating, slice the bell peppers and zucchini, and prepare the corn by husking it and cutting it in half if desired.
Grilling
- 4
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 5
Grill the Meats
Remove the marinated meats from the refrigerator. Grill the beef ribeye and pork loin chops for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Grill the chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes per side, ensuring they are cooked through. Grill the chorizo sausages until browned and heated through, about 4-5 minutes.
