1. Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the hard ends of the asparagus by bending them gently until they snap. Rinse under cold water.

2. Chop the Bell Peppers

Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.

3. Slice the Zucchini

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then slice it into half-moon shapes.

4. Cut the Red Onion

Peel the red onion and cut it into wedges, keeping the layers intact.

Marinade Preparation

5. Combine Marinade Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well blended.

Grilling

6. Marinate the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly and let sit for at least 15 minutes.

7. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C).
