Toppings

Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mix the Beef

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Use your hands to mix until just combined; do not overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty that is about 3/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 4

    Slice the Vegetables

While the patties are cooking, slice the onion and tomato. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves.

  2. 5

    Toast the Buns

Optional: Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are golden brown.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 6

    Build the Burger

Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each burger bun. Top with a few slices of onion, a handful of lettuce, and a slice of tomato.

  2. 7

    Complete the Burger

Cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately and enjoy your Clasica Burger!
