Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the chipa.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine tapioca flour, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and baking powder. Whisk together until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Stir until just combined. If using, fold in oregano and garlic powder at this stage.

Shape the Dough
Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chipa are lightly golden and puffed.

Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven and let the chipa cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm.
