Preparation of Salmon

Prepare the Salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

Add Lemon and Capers
Stir in the lemon juice and capers, then let the mixture simmer for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
Cooking the Salmon

Cook the Salmon
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of the lemon butter sauce. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Remove from heat.

Combine the Ingredients
In a large bowl, toss together the arugula and cherry tomatoes. Divide the salad onto plates and place a salmon fillet on top of each serving.
