Preparation of Salad

Prepare Romaine Hearts
Wash the romaine hearts thoroughly under cold water. Trim the ends and cut each head into quarters or bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped romaine in a large salad bowl.
Making Caesar Dressing

Blend Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, anchovy fillets, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Use a whisk or a blender to mix until smooth and creamy.
Assembling the Salad

Toss the Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the prepared romaine hearts in the salad bowl. Toss gently to coat the leaves evenly with the dressing.

Add Garnish
Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad as a garnish.
