Bread Dough

Prepare the Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let the Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, mix together mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Shape the Bread
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and shape it into a rectangle or desired shape. Place on a greased baking sheet.

Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the top of the bread.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
