Prepare the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, place the fresh spinach as the base. Slice the boiled eggs into quarters and arrange them on top of the spinach. Add the pickled red onions and the candied pecans. Crumble the goat cheese over the entire salad.
Vinaigrette Preparation

Make the Warm Bacon Vinaigrette
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and let it cool on paper towels. Retain about 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat in the skillet. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Whisk together until well combined and heated through.

Combine and Serve
Chop the cooked bacon and add it to the vinaigrette. Pour the warm bacon vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
