Preheat your grill to medium heat, ensuring it's clean and oiled to prevent sticking.

Making the Ginger-Champagne BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine the champagne, brown sugar, grated ginger, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.

Making the Chimichurri Sauce
