Preparing the Shrimp

Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with salt and black pepper until evenly coated.
Breading the Shrimp

Prepare the Breading Stations
Set up three shallow dishes: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.

Bread the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp into the flour, shaking off the excess. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the panko mixture. Place the breaded shrimp on a baking sheet.
Frying the Shrimp

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add the breaded shrimp to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic until smooth and well combined.
