Prepare the Shrimp

Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with Cajun seasoning and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until evenly coated.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, 1 cup of olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
Prepare the Salad

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine kale, mixed lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and croutons.

Dress the Salad
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.

Top the salad with the cooked blackened shrimp.
Make Garlic Bread

Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both halves. Place on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes, or until golden.
