Half a sandwich (your choice of tuna, turkey, grilled cheese or B.L.T.), a cup of soup, and your choice of a small house salad, Caesar salad or very berry salad.

Sandwich Preparation

    Prepare the Sandwich

    Choose your sandwich type and prepare accordingly.

    For Tuna: Mix tuna salad with mayonnaise. Spread on one slice of bread, top with lettuce and tomato, and cover with the other slice.

    For Turkey: Layer turkey slices, lettuce, and tomato between the bread slices. Add mustard if desired.

    For Grilled Cheese: Butter the outside of the bread slices. Place cheese between the slices and grill on medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted.

    For B.L.T.: Layer bacon, lettuce, and tomato between the slices of bread. Add mayonnaise if desired.

Soup Preparation

    Prepare the Soup

    Combine vegetables and broth to create a hearty soup.

    In a pot, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until softened.

    Add diced carrots and celery, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.

    Pour in vegetable broth, add thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Remove bay leaf before serving.

Salad Preparation

    Prepare the Salad

    Choose your salad type and prepare accordingly.

    For House Salad: Toss mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl. Drizzle with your choice of dressing.

    For Caesar Salad: Toss mixed greens with Caesar dressing and top with Parmesan cheese.

    For Very Berry Salad: Toss mixed greens with mixed berries and walnuts, and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
