Method
Crepe Preparation
- 1
Make the Crepe Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes to allow the flour to hydrate.
- 2
Cook the Crepes
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of crepe batter into the skillet, swirling it around to create a thin layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift slightly and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional minute. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
Filling and Serving
- 3
Fill the Crepes
Spread a generous amount of NUTELLA® on one side of each crepe. For each crepe, add sliced strawberries or banana on top of the NUTELLA®.
- 4
Fold and Serve
Fold the crepes in half, then in half again to form a triangle. Drizzle more NUTELLA® on top, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and add a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
