Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Meats

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook the sausage until browned, around 5-6 minutes. Add the diced ham and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the green onions and set aside for garnishing the omelet.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Beat the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, crack 4 large eggs. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined and frothy.

  2. 4

    Cook the Omelet

In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, pour the beaten eggs. Allow them to cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.

  3. 5

    Add Fillings

Once the eggs are mostly set, sprinkle the cooked bacon, sausage, ham, and pepper jack cheese evenly over one half of the omelet.

  4. 6

    Fold and Finish Cooking

Carefully fold the other half of the omelet over the fillings. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts and the omelet is cooked through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Omelet

Slide the omelet onto a plate. Garnish with chopped green onions on top. Serve hot.
