Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Wash the Romaine lettuce and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Grate the Parmesan cheese.
Cooking Chicken

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Making Caesar Dressing

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Toss the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and croutons.

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
