Method

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the two large eggs. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet. Cook to your desired doneness: sunny-side up, over-easy, over-medium, or scrambled. This will take about 2-4 minutes.

Cooking the Protein

  1. 4

    Choose Your Protein

Select your choice of protein: Applewood-smoked bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, Canadian bacon, or ground beef patty.

  2. 5

    Cook the Bacon

If using bacon, in the same skillet, add the 4 slices of Applewood-smoked bacon and cook for 4-6 minutes until crispy, turning occasionally.

  3. 6

    Cook the Sausage

For sausage, in another skillet, cook 2 sausage links over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.

  4. 7

    Prepare Corned Beef Hash

If using corned beef hash, add 1 cup to a skillet over medium heat and cook until heated through and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 8

    Cook Canadian Bacon

For Canadian bacon, cook 4 slices in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

  6. 9

    Cook Ground Beef Patty

For a ground beef patty, cook 1 patty in a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
