Ace Perry is an all-natural fruit cider. Fresh Pear juice and Madagascar Vanilla (for mouth-feel and smoothness) are added to our apple cider post fermentation.

Base Cider Preparation

Prepare the Apple Juice
In a large pot, combine the freshly pressed apple juice and water. Stir well to mix.

Cool the Mixture
Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Add Yeast
Once the mixture has cooled, sprinkle the cider yeast over the surface and gently stir to incorporate. Cover the pot with a clean cloth.

Fermentation
Let the mixture ferment at room temperature for 5 to 7 days, stirring gently once a day. You will notice bubbling as the yeast works.
Flavoring the Cider

Add Fresh Pear Juice
After fermentation is complete, strain the cider into a clean fermentation vessel to remove any solids. Add the fresh pear juice to the strained cider and stir well.

Incorporate Vanilla
Add the Madagascar vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir gently to ensure even distribution.

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the bottled cider for at least 24 hours before serving. Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing flavor!
