In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add the melted butter, eggs, and the activated yeast mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Melt the butter and set aside.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a large rectangle (about 16x24 inches).

Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into 12 even pieces.
