Corn Sauté Preparation

    Cook the Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the corn, red bell pepper, and green onions. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

    Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the corn mixture. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Jalapeño Crema Preparation

    Make the Crema

    In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, chopped jalapeño, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assembly
