Cocktail Preparation

    Chill Your Glass

    Before preparing the cocktail, chill your glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.

    Fill the Glass with Ice

    Take the chilled glass out of the freezer and fill it with ice cubes until it is about halfway full.

    Add Aperol and Apricot Brandy

    Pour 3 oz of Aperol and 1 oz of apricot brandy over the ice in the glass.

    Top with Prosecco and Club Soda

    Slowly pour 4 oz of Prosecco and 1 oz of club soda into the glass to avoid losing fizz.

    Garnish with Orange Slice

    Garnish your spritz with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.
