Wash and Prepare Fruits
Rinse the strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on size. Rinse the grapes and remove them from the stems. Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds. Peel the mango, slice it off the pit, and cut into cubes. Remove the skin from the pineapple, remove the core, and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Combine Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, mango cubes, pineapple pieces, and grapes. Toss gently to mix the various fruits.
- 3
Add Mint
Finely chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them over the mixed fruit. Toss again gently to incorporate the mint with the fruit mixture.
- 4
Serve
Transfer the mixed seasonal fruit to a serving bowl or individual cups. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
