Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, add the Italian sausage. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Prepare the Ricotta
In a bowl, add the ricotta cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Prepare the Flatbread
Brush each flatbread piece with olive oil on one side. Place the oiled side down on a baking sheet.

Add Tomato Sauce
Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over each flatbread.

Layer the Meats
Distribute the cooked sausage and pepperoni slices evenly over the tomato sauce.

Add Cheeses
Dollop the whipped ricotta on top of the meats, and then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything.
Baking

Bake the Flatbreads
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove the flatbreads from the oven and sprinkle fresh oregano on top. Slice into pieces and serve hot.
