Preparing Cured Meats

Arrange the prosciutto, calabrese salami, and mortadella slices neatly on a large serving board or platter, ensuring they are slightly overlapping for a visually appealing presentation.
Preparing Cheeses

Cut the Grana Padano and Fontina cheese into cubes or wedges. Place them on the serving board alongside the cured meats.

Whipping the Ricotta
In a mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Transfer the whipped ricotta to a small bowl and place it on the serving board. This can be served as a dip for the meats and cheeses.
