Method

Crispy Potatoes

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes (about 1 inch).

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.

  3. 3

    Fry the Potatoes

Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Bacon

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, add the bacon strips and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Eggs

  1. 5

    Cook the Eggs

In a clean skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny, about 2-3 minutes.

Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each slice.

Plating

  1. 7

    Serve

On a plate, serve the crispy potatoes, bacon strips, and sunny side-up eggs alongside the buttered toast.
