Preparation Steps
- 1
Chill the Prosecco
Place the bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving, to ensure it is well-chilled.
- 2
Juicing the Oranges
If using whole oranges, cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer until you have 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain to remove pulp if desired.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, gently combine the chilled Prosecco and fresh orange juice. Stir gently to mix without losing too much carbonation.
- 4
Serve
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or glasses. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim of each glass if desired.
