Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly using your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form Meatballs
Once the mixture is well combined, shape it into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.

Prepare Ciabatta
While the meatballs are baking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Drizzle the olive oil in the skillet and toast the ciabatta slices until golden brown on both sides.

Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and serve hot alongside the toasted ciabatta bread. Enjoy your delicious meatballs with a side of your favorite sauce or toppings!
