Lamb Chops

Grilled Asparagus

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Method

Lamb Chops

  1. 1

    Marinate the Lamb

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chops

Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Grill the Chops

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

Grilled Asparagus

  1. 4

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 5

    Grill the Asparagus

Place the asparagus on the grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and halve the fingerling potatoes.

  2. 7

    Season and Roast

In a bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. 8

    Roast the Potatoes

Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  4. 9

    Garnish the Potatoes

Once roasted, remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
