Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Fill a copper mug or a highball glass with rocks ice cubes to chill the glass.

Measure the Ingredients
In a jigger, measure out 1.5 oz of Skyy Blood Orange Vodka and 0.5 oz of Amaretto Disaronno.

Mix the Vodka and Amaretto
Pour the measured vodka and amaretto over the ice in the prepared glass.

Add Blood Orange Juice
Pour 2 oz of blood orange juice into the glass with the vodka and amaretto mixture.

Top with Ginger Beer
Add 4 oz of ginger beer to the glass, filling it to the top.

Garnish the Drink
Garnish with a slice of blood orange and fresh mint leaves.
