Make the Pizza Sauce

Add Tomatoes and Seasonings
Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Simmer the Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
Prepare the Pizza

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.

Spread the Sauce
Spread a generous layer of the house-made pizza sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

Add Cheese and Toppings
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses evenly over the sauce. Layer the sliced Calabrese salami and charred banana peppers on top.

Grate Grana Padano
Finish by sprinkling the grated Grana Padano cheese over the top of the pizza.

Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Garnish and Serve
Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
