Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Maker's Mark Bourbon, 0.5 oz of Amaretto Disaronno, and 2 dashes of orange bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into the Glass
Remove the ice from the rocks glass. Strain the mixed cocktail over fresh ice in the chilled rocks glass.

Garnish the Drink
Add a slice of fresh orange and 2 Italian cherries on top of the drink as garnish.
