Roasted Tomato Mayonnaise Ingredients

Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined and divide into 4 equal portions. Form each portion into a patty that is slightly larger than the burger buns.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them over.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

Place a slice of white American cheese on each patty after flipping. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the patty reaches desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Roasted Tomato Mayonnaise Directions

  1. 5

    Roast the Tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Roast for 20 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.

  2. 6

    Blend the Mayonnaise

In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted tomatoes, mayonnaise, and garlic cloves. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Fingerling Fries Directions

  1. 7

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and scrub the fingerling potatoes thoroughly. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. 8

    Season and Roast the Fries

In a bowl, toss the halved fingerling potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs if using. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  3. 9

    Bake the Fries

Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
