Preparing the Chicken Wings

Prepare the chicken
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge the boneless chicken tenders in the mixture until fully coated.

Coat with beer
Slowly add the IPA beer to the flour mixture and stir until you have a thick batter.

Fry the chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the battered chicken tenders and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss the chicken
Once the chicken tenders are cooked, place them in a large bowl and pour the hot sauce over them. Toss until all the chicken is evenly coated.
Making the Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

Mix the ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the blue cheese crumbles, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
Serving

Prepare the vegetables
Cut the carrots into sticks and arrange them on a serving platter.

Serve the Ketch IPA Buffalo Wings hot with the blue cheese dipping sauce and carrot sticks on the side.
