Prepare the Aioli
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the onion rolls in half and toast them lightly. Spread a generous amount of the garlic-horseradish aioli on the bottom half of each roll. Add a layer of ribeye slices, a slice of provolone cheese, and a portion of caramelized onions. Top with the other half of the roll.

Prepare the Au Jus
In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth over medium heat until warm. Serve alongside the sandwiches for dipping.
