Wonton Crisps

Method

Preparing Wonton Crisps

  1. 1

    Fry the Wonton Wrappers

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add wonton wrappers in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Making Ahi Poke

  1. 2

    Mix the Ahi Poke Ingredients

In a bowl, combine diced ahi tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Mix gently to combine and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 3

    Assemble Wonton Crisps

Take a wonton crisp and top it with a spoonful of the marinated ahi poke. Add diced cucumber, avocado, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro on top. Serve immediately.
