Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Chill the Champagne

Place the bottle of Brut Champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.

  2. 2

    Juice the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, juice them to obtain about 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher or individual glasses, pour the desired amount of chilled Brut Champagne. Slowly add the fresh orange juice to the champagne, maintaining the bubbles.

  4. 4

    Garnish

If desired, garnish each glass with an orange slice on the rim and a few fresh mint leaves for added flavor and presentation.

  5. 5

    Serve Immediately

Serve the mimosa immediately while the champagne is still bubbly. Enjoy!
