Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and trim the asparagus. Slice the bell pepper and zucchini into strips. Set aside.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are hot and have an even layer.

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.

  3. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the asparagus, sliced bell pepper, and zucchini on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are grilled, transfer them to a serving plate. Garnish with lemon wedges and a sprig of fresh dill.

  2. 7

    Enjoy

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables!
