Mimosa Ingredients

Method

Mimosa Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glasses

Chill champagne flutes in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to ensure your mimosas are nice and cold.

  2. 2

    Juice the Oranges

Roll the fresh oranges on a hard surface to release the juice. Cut them in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. You will need about 1 cup of fresh orange juice.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, fresh orange juice, and triple sec. Stir gently to mix the ingredients. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add the sugar to the mixture and stir until dissolved.

  4. 4

    Add Champagne

Slowly pour the chilled Brut Champagne into the pitcher with the juice mixture. Do this gently to avoid excessive foam and losing carbonation.

  5. 5

    Serve

If desired, fill each chilled flute with ice before pouring the mimosa mixture. Pour the cranberry orange mimosa into each glass, filling them about 2/3 full. Serve immediately and enjoy!
