Method

Grilling the Chicken

1

Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

2

Grill the Chicken

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Making the Caesar Dressing

3

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Assembling the Salad

4

Prepare the Salad Base

In a large salad bowl, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

5

Add Ingredients

Add the croutons and shredded parmesan cheese to the lettuce.

6

Toss with Dressing

Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss well to combine all ingredients.

7

Add Grilled Chicken

Slice the grilled chicken breast and place it on top of the salad. Optionally, you can sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
